Promotions in SQLWorks take the stock control of the pricing system and the variation and range level control of the discounting system to offer the greatest flexibility of all. You can use a combination of fixed prices and discounting mechanisms and even allow for buy one get one free and modulus calculations so that multiples of value or quantity will trigger a promotion to be applied. You can set promotions to be limited to certain date ranges, companies, sales groups, stock items and stock analysis groups, to be available in certain currencies and to take a predetermined priority over each other. You can check to see where multiple promotions may be applied to the same items and see historically which promotions applied to which orders allowing you to run profit analysis and determine successful campaigns.
