You can use summarised or detailed views regarding current status, you can setup your items as components or kits and you can easily analyse the flow of stock through the ordering system.

SQLWorks stock reports describe the events you need to know about and help to identify trends and plan for the future. For example the intelligent forward planning reports can identify low stock based on past sales and using a component break down it can highlight the required stock using a colour code for alternate suppliers.

There are also many automated procedures and utilities helping you to save time, money and effort during the working day. Features such as the stock audit module allow you to take a snapshot of the warehouse and record stock levels with real time valuation reports and historical tracking. Warehouses are broken down into stock locations or bins and you can easily restrict bins to specific items.

Sales order processing can be largely automated or alternatively can be manually driven for hands-on control. Each order can be allocated using different degrees of priority and set to allow part or split line delivery. An intuitive traffic light system provides a quick check to see current order status and picking sheets can be printed by warehouse location. Pick confirmation can automatically issue invoices to the accounts system and all data is kept historically for tracking purposes.
