The calendar in SQLWorks is a fully functional multi-purpose display that provides multiple views, day itinerary, week and month planners, support for unlimited event categories and assignment to individual users and user groups. It allows edited events to be placed in 'limbo' where users who do not own events can make changes that must be confirmed by the event owner, and other users are notified of changes to their events instantly – either by popup windows if they are currently logged in, or via email notification. Any user can request their itinerary via email, so offsite employees can keep in touch easily using their mobile devices, and they can add new events using any standard email device.

How you use the calendar is up to you – when configuring SQLWorks think about what you want to schedule – do you want to see task deadlines and actions, user created events, incoming or outgoing order deadlines, or outstanding invoice due dates for debt chasing? Any date related information in SQLWorks can be presented using the calendar view and mixed with other data to help you plan for the future in the easiest way possible. We even have a number of synchronisation options so you can sync the SQLWorks calendar with any other calendar that you may use.
