SQLWorks looks at addresses from a different point of view. We take the approach that you should only ever need to enter towns, counties and countries one time, we can set you up with a set to work with and you can use them as defaults for actual addresses, reducing the time to enter new data. Where multiple companies share the same address we allow the address to be shared, meaning that you only ever have to update the shared record. You can categorise your addresses for each company and setup where the address will be used in the system. Advanced addresses in SQLWorks support unlimited addresses per client and unlimited address types. You can even setup analysis default columns by address and assign them in the sales and purchase ledgers.

For companies wanting individual, more simplistic control of their addresses SQLWorks offers that too. Simple addresses include one main address, and 4 optional overrides allowing for the invoice address to be different to the delivery address and so on...
