SQLWorks caters for both period based and cash accounting options in the VAT ledger and throughout the accounts system. You can check VAT historically and easily list transactions for each ledger by quarter or month. The eligibility of each transaction is decided by both the country and the account that the transaction belongs to. Transactions are locked to a VAT quarter so you can see at the transaction level to which VAT quarter it was assigned.

SQLWorks has multiple Petty Cash ledgers with support for statements and full reconciliation options. The Sundry Cash Ledger caters for monthly views, configurable defaults for regular payments and multiple report options. The three tier General Ledger analysis is fully supported for all Petty Ledger and Sundry Ledger transactions.
